The Institute of Applied Psychology at the University of the Punjab is pleased to announce the successful defense of Ms. Hafiza Fahria Masood's Ph.D. dissertation titled "Psychosocial and Clinical Determinants of Perceived Quality of Life in Breast Cancer Survivors." supervised by Dr. Fatima Kamran, Associate Professor. Ms. Fahria Masood's research provides crucial insights into the factors affecting the quality of life for breast cancer survivors. Her dissertation underwent rigorous evaluation by esteemed external examiners, including Prof. Dr. Amina Muazzam, Chairperson of the Department of Applied Psychology, and Prof. Dr. Masha Asad Khan, Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences at Kinnaird College for Women. Following the presentation, a dynamic question-and-answer session allowed students to engage with Ms.Fahria Masood, exploring various aspects of her research. The Institute's Director, Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique, and the faculty commended  Ms. Fahria Masood for her outstanding scholarly accomplishment.
