CSAS Organized A Round-Table Discussion on Solidarity with Kashmir-5th February

The Centre for South Asian Studies (CSAS), University of the Punjab, Lahore organized a round table discussion on "Solidarity with Kashmir – 5th February". The event took place on 3rd February, 2026, bringing together PhD and M.Phil scholars of the CSAS to deliberate on the historical, political, and humanitarian dimensions of the Kashmir issue. The session provided a platform for in-depth dialogue on recent developments in the region, regional peace and stability, human rights concerns, and pathways towards a sustainable and peaceful resolution. Participants emphasized the importance of inclusive dialogue, international engagement, and respect for the aspirations of the people of Kashmir. The scholars highlighted the need for continued awareness and informed discussion on Kashmir at national and international forums.
