The Department of Plant Pathology proudly announces that Prof. Dr. Amna Shoaib (Chairperson) and Dr. Ghanwa Riaz (MS Student) have been granted Pakistan Patent No. 144446 (2025) for their invention titled “Biocidal Composition for Controlling Collar Rot Disease in Chili Plants. The worthy Vice Chancellor, Director ORIC Prof. Dr. Aqil Inam, and Deputy Director ORIC Prof. Dr. Ghazala Yasmeen Butt congratulated the entire team on this significant achievement.
