Pakistan made after great sacrifices: Dr Mazhar Moin


LAHORE: (Friday, August 19, 2022): Director of Islamic Culture Institute Prof Dr Mazhar Moin has said that the history of Pakistan consists of unprecedented sacrifices and we must make ourselves accountable for our deeds. He was addressing a seminar on 'Pakistan: Past, Present and Future' at Punjab University Oriental College organized by Urdu Development and Translation Centre (UDTC) on the occasion of Pakistan's 75th anniversary. On this occasion, UDTC Director Prof Dr Zahid Munir Amir, Resident Officer-II Jalil Tariq, Deputy Controller of Examinations of Gujarat University Ahmed Jameel Turk, Egyptian scholar Usman Abdul Nasser, faculty members and students of various departments participated. In his address, Jalil Tariq discussed the need to bring the positive attitudes of the countrymen in front of the world. Ahmed Jameel Turk said that our youth were our precious asset and our future was bright. Dr Zahid Munir Aamir thanked all the participants and urged the youth to play role in the development of the country. He said that UDTC had launched membership program which had been inaugurated by Prof Dr Syed Mazhar Moin.
