Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for the post of Administrative Officer on contract basis initially for one year (extendable based on satisfactory performance) at the Confucius Institute, University of the Punjab, Lahore. |

| Completed Masters/BS hons. or Equivalent degree (minimum 16 years of education) in any discipline.
Work Experience in similar administrative role would be given preference.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language.
Written and verbal communication skills in Chinese Language would be preferred.
Standard IT Skills including email handling.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
Excellent administrative skills including managing office operations, managing office finances and budgets, managing time and workload, managing support staff, providing general support to visitors, scheduling meetings and appointments, dealing with official correspondence, organizing cultural events and preparing reports and presentations. |
